Please review steps 1, 2 & 3 on the order process page so you are familiar with the process. Once we have verified your credit card and sent the pickup container, you will receive a confirming email reflecting the shipping information and containing the unique ID number. After the cremation ash is received and the final product is shipped, you will be sent a second confirmation email containing the USP tracking number. Product shipments are sent t requiring a signature for delivery. If this presents a problem, please indicate any special shipping instructions under notes on the order form.
